I had issues assembling the chairs. The screws and holes would not line up correctly. Customer service was very helpful and suggested not to tighten the screws until the chair was completely assembled. I had one damaged chair and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service! I love the set, the soft colors are just what I was looking for and the chairs are very comfortable. Super.
