This has been a solid product and has stood up very well to the weather and year-round use. We may have found its limit when our son grew over the past three years to reach nearly 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He wore out several frame parts as it approached the end of the third year. I thought I might have to replace it, and contacted customer service just to find out about an option for replacement parts. To my surprise, their agent Milka offered to send three large steel parts free of charge, though we were a few months out of warranty on the frame. They charged only for the shipping. They were very friendly and attentive through the whole experience. I wouldnt hesitate to shop with them again.
