I wanted an office chair without wheels and the Mid/Century Modern chair is stylish and fit my needs. Assembly was easy and done in 10/minutes, but I give it only 4/stars in this regard as several of the holes were miss aligned a tiny fraction and the bolts had to be tapped through with a hammer (which is not provided). The chair is great looking in person and I give its appearance 5/stars. Comfort is where the chair is lacking. The padding is almost nonexistent and it feels like you are siting on flat plywood (1/star). The only way to make this chair comfortable after a few short minutes is to add an external seat pad which ruins the stylish look. The chair return was very easy and top rating to support. Absolutely horrible customer service.
