I did most of the assembly on my own with little assistance. I looked up a video on youtube with a similar looking chair to this one. You need to apply pressure when putting in the wheels. I was confused as well for a min. At first, I didnt feel it as sturdy but I realized quickly that I need to fully screw in all of the screws. The ones from the bottom of the chair and the sides. Follow the instructions then make sure everything is screwed in tightly After that, I noticed the seat to be perfect for me very sturdy and its pretty comfy!
