Needs. At the time we didnt have small hand drill, so it took decades to screw in each screw for the hooks. After that, it was very easy to build and put together.
It also had a fairly large scratch on the very top piece of wood, but it blended in and wasnt too noticeable. It is visible at certain angles when the light hits it just right.
It wobbles slightly when I place items on it, so I may try drilling it to the wall with a mounting bracket.
Other than the scar and the light wobble, the wood is very nice it functions as it should. It is not a large coat rack, but it holds everything that me and my family need it for. Its pleasant to look at and has many hooks to choose from.
