Overall, the chair feels comfortable and sturdy!
A couple things to note:
When I assembled the chair, the left arm sits slightly higher than the left one.
Im 6ft, 200lbs and I can subtly feel the lumbar in the seat cushion. If youre a heavier person or wider you may want to keep looking elsewhere.
The main problem is the WHEELS! They roll horribly. I purchased the wheels for hard wood floors, which started scratching my floors. So then I purchased a plastic floor protector and the wheels dont roll any better. If you buy this chair pay extra for better wheels.
