This chair was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, there was a small slit on the back of the seat. Not too noticeable, but the customer service was confusing the company who sold the product and could not decide who was responsible for what. I am not too upset because you cannot see the damage. But, I am surprised that the support wasnt too great from either the fulfillment company or .
