I purchased this chair from bin for 100 discount. Cry great deal so I was expecting it to look like it had been in a car accident. I did this solely because of great customer service report by other buyers. If it was broke I felt sure customer service would fix it for me. Well, surprisingly it arrived in perfect condition. No missing parts, no missing instructions, no marks, scratches dents or other problems. Cudos to for that. Back to the product. The short video says it is leather. After sitting in it I am not sure it is. Not a problem, it is a very soft leather like material that is very comfortable. If it is leather, and it could be, all the better. It assembled in 30 minutes without any issues, the instructions were easy to read and all holes and parts lined up appropriately. The wheels that some have trouble inserting were easy for me, I am a big guy, I simply twisted while pushing into the hole and they went without issue. Love Love Love my new office chair.
