I gave this chair a five star based of how much it cost. For the price it does its job! On the comfort category it almost feels as if the length of the seat should have been the height of the back and vise versa. But we only use it as accent chair and to sit on to put our shoes on. So with that in mind it has been well worth what we paid. Product was just as described
