I received it, after a situation occurred with me not getting my package. was awesome in terms of helping me to get a new package delivered free at no additional cost. So, customer service was superb! The assembly was very easy and I was able to put it together myself in just a matter of about 20 minutes. Its very comfortable and matches my decor perfectly. You cant go wrong with this chair!
