I love the look of the chair, its not the most comfortable for long term sitting; however I have major spine issues and cant afford a 500 chair so its good for now. The thing I am not happy with is the fact that the metal arm on the right side showed up all warped and rusty. I have tried to contact the manufacturer several times to send a new part and have never gotten a response. can you help?
