We bought the pair of outdoor chaise loungers. I notified the manufacturer after we had a quality issue. Within 24 hours they twice responded to my email and offered to send us out a new lounger. I received the replacement chaise within a week!
You may be asking, What was the issue? While using the lounger the very first evening I'd assembled it, a weld on one of the frame supports cracked and an iron piece-- approx. 8-inches long-- broke loose.
So while the issue was disappointing, the response of the customer service team was OUTSTANDING.
Of course I am hoping we will have no further quality issues with our (now) THREE chaises! I will update this review as necessary.
