The bottom is very uncomfortable. I hate it and can no longer return it I should have read the instructions on it before I bought it.
I suggest if you want to return the item do not assemble it and keep the original boxes it arrives in and everything has to be placed back how it was shipped in order for them to give you a refund and even then you dont all your money back because there is a fee for restocking.
I will say its cute and small but if you have guest sleeping on it or even sitting on it there is a need for at least some memory foam and pillows
