Had to refuse the chair because of fabric bundled on the back rest. They did give us a brand new
replacement which is fine. However, their delivery company left the huge heavy box in front of our garage in the snow. My son happened to see it or it would have sat there in the snow storm all night and probably been ruined. We had to haul it up 10 outside snow covered stairs snd assemble it. They refused to take the other chair and told us to keep it or get rid of it ourselves! Chair 3 Stars / Delivery / 10 stars! Sturdy for light items.
