    Great and fast customer support!

    Yes please! Update. I emailed customer service and explained what had happened. The responded within 24 hrs. I provided proof of purchase and filled out form. They wound up sending me full replacement at no cost. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy their CS team handled the situation. This is why I updated to 4 stars. Its good to see people standing behind their product. I will update to 5 stars if the recliner holds up to my 260lbs after prolonged use. Heat and vibration is great for a sub 500 recliner. However, the frame itself wore out after 4 months and is now crooked. I have tipped over multiple times just reclining normally in it now. I have tried to reach the website but keep coming back unreachable. Supposed to have a 1 year warranty. My advice, buy something else if your 250lbs like me. (says rated for 300 lbs or less)
