We purchased this same chair from the same company in 2019. It was plush and full, very soft. The chair was sturdy and had secure locking cord attachments. We loved it so much we ordered this one again last month. We were so disappointed in the chair we got this time. It looks the same but is NOT the same quality. The cushions are very under stuffed and hard, the cords don't secure and disconnect easily and the chair is not sturdy its flimsy. We absolutely would not have spent the money on this had we know what we were getting.
Quality has gone down
