Customer service is HORRIBLE! So far, the bed looks pretty, but I cant tell yet because my box was missing instructions. I requested them 6 times, was finally sent a .PDF (after being sent a blank file) that just contained step 3 and 4 and nothing else. Super unhappy with my experience so far.
No instructions and they wont send them to you
