Do not buy this item. I am so disappointed with this piece of furniture. I have only had it for four months and it is in horrible condition. The seat cushion is a joke. Some sort of metal spring encased in about 2 inches of foam, that has slipped and shifted away from the springs, making this embarrassing to have in my home. The frame is lousy too. the whole thing shifts when you sit on it. You can feel the staples on the inside of it that have come loose on the arms. Its just such a waste of my very limited budget and I wish I could get my money back. I also bought the matching chair , and it has done exactly the same thing.
