This bed is such a disappointment. The back of the headboard is all ripped up and falling off from the parts of the bed being stored in it. Its a great concept to package it the way that they did but the quality is so poor and it ends up looking terrible cheap. The slats that came with the bed are bowing and they shift around beneath our mattress. Ive tried contacting customer service but the email i was given isnt working and Im told it doesnt even exist. I would have loved to get this resolved without leaving poor feedback but it seems I have no choice.I dont recommend buying this. Go to Ikea.
UPDATE: Ive been dealing with customer service for the past 24 hours and it has been AWFUL This is turning into a real nightmare of a purchase.
