Ordered the twin in dark grey. It came in a box that looked like it would just fit the headboard. We opened it up and it was just the headboard. Inside the back was all the pieces for the bed. Suck a great idea and it was so easy to unpack and put together. If we ever move, I love that we can just pack all the pieces of the bed into the headboard. It looks really nice in the room and the price was good as well.
