The boxes arrived with scrapes and holes on the exterior, so I wasn't sure how they'd look once I opened the box; I was expecting them to be damaged. Fortunately, there was no visible damage. Despite there not being visible damage, the ribbon the hardware was supposed to be attached to was missing hardware. I contacted the company for replacement hardware, which arrived about 2 days later. Imagine my surprise when I went to assemble the chairs and found the hardware bags at the bottom of the small box that had the front legs in it! The chairs look nice and are pretty comfortable. I am pleased with this purchase at this juncture. I purchased the insurance because I wasn't sure how everything would turn out.
