Very easy to put together. Sturdy and attractive. Because of the way our room is configured, one side of the bed doesnt have enough room for a full-sized bedside chest or table. I was hoping this would fit well and give me enough room to put the essentials - glass of water, small lamp, books, iPad, kindle, etc. The three shelves easily accommodate all. Just be careful not to scratch or dent it. I dropped the screwdriver on it when putting it together, and it did leave a mark even though it didnt seem to impact very hard. Fortunately its not where anyone will see it. If Id been more careful, I could have given this table 5 stars.
