Nice looking but the absolute worst quality control
I have had 3 units of this particular couch. I returned the first unit because there was a decent amount of rust on the screws and many of the screws were stripped from improper screw driver assembly. The side arms assembly parts were loose and did not go in easily there were slightly crocked...
2nd unit this one was better but still rusty screws and and slightly stripped however this unit had worn out felt on the underside from shipping movement. The box they ship in is not thick enough. There were holes in the felt under the unit and I was a little upset by this you cannot email the company you have to call them and I didn't want to.
3. I ordered another company's couch but I didn't realize it was foam only and this unit to their applause does have a real spring under the seat, so number three I was worried because there was a hole in the box and here's something the price changed 80.00 down in my favor so I bought it but my luck there were two screw holes for the legs that were not good. I have a tap and die kit and chased the holes to fix and there were definitely burrs and some issues but the 2nd hole was a mess and I finally had to drill out the hole and had a helicoil to fix the hole took about 1 hour 2 hours total to mess around. Now the legs attach, however the legs are now plastic instead of mild steel thanks rumps tariff. So the plastic works but it makes it a little scary to flip the couch over after attaching the legs. Now the entire couch is working and fine but what hassle I went through. Returning 2 couches is no fun but note it will fit into a hatchback car if you have a decent size dolly/4 wheel cart. It looks good but it is hard to find an ottoman to match the linen as this is a tight linen pattern and the ottomans on A.... are wider... at Dec 21/Jan 22 I paid 302 from 380 around Dec Christmas rates!!! sucks badly....
