This bed has a very cool Austin Powers vibe and looks nice in our mid-century furnished house. It is however very low to the ground and its very hard to make up due to how the mattress drops down into the frame. Wed intended to put this in our master, but its too hard to make up every morning. Getting out of bed isnt hard yet, but for someone older, it might be tough. Its in our guest room now, so its used infrequently. LOVE the look but it has definite downsides.
