I had to do several modifications to make the pieces align properly. Some damages to the corners of the pieces. Perhaps due to packaging and shipping. Definitely not worth returning the item since the turn around is several weeks. Worth half the price. It does look nice once built and my daughter is enjoying it. Thats what matters most. Kind of disappointed in this purchase
