The chair is as advertised - easily assembled and very comfortable. There were challenges with delivery - through no fault of the vendor. Qproducts went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Their customer service was exceptional. We look forward to buying from them again in the future. Highly recommend. Perfect for a small apartment space.
