I received this product today and it arrived with no damage and apparent good condition.
Stored in box were six sections or parts with the associated hardware to put the chair together. It came with one allen wrench that is needed to put the chair together. I found no problems putting the chair together in about 15 min. The very last screw of the unit was less easy that the others while attaching the back of the chair to the Arm support with alignment only, but I got it to fit properly.
My old chair this one replaces was ok but I do notice my old chair seemed to have more or thicker padding than this new one. I have to tell myself that this is a desk chair not a lounging chair. It has a tension adjustment and a lever used to raise and lower the seat. There are no locking positions like some others do.
Overall the price and quality in my opinion make this a good or better than good chair for your desk.
