Im a 28 year old pregnant woman and easily put this together in about twenty minutes, mainly just placing bolts in and tightening them down. The size is perfect (fits under our desk that has a clearance of 25), plenty of cushion, tilts back, and easily adjusts. I was also able to get it slightly cheaper by checking out s Warehouse deals, Im never disappointed by them! Super happy with my purchase and love the brand!
