I purchased this chair for my work desk space at home, i was very pleased to see how it was all neatly organized inside the box, everything nicely and easy to see labeled. The instructions were very clear and precise. I want to say, it only took 15=20 minutes to assemble while i sat in the floor and watched an episode of The Office. But, about the chair. It is very adjustable, comfortable and stylish. The padding is very nice compared to most other office chairs in my opinion. The arm rests have very nice thick padding as well as the seat and back. I do have a small pillow in the back rest as added back support, (but i have to do this with any chair due to back pain) overall i love this chair. For persons concerned about the chair being a mid-back I am 6 1 and have no issues sitting in this chair under a desk that is 28 from the floor to the bottom of the desk top. Great buy in my opinion!
