The chair is really easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes and that was at a disinterested pace and completely on my own. I recommend not tightening the arms too much before putting the back on. For such a low price, it is a good value. The cushioning and material are very comfortable. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which causes hip and spine pain because of sublaxations, dislocations, and pinched nerves. I feel more comfortable sitting in this chair than I did with my more expensive chair at my previous workplace. I love being able to easily adjust the height and tilt.
I am about 5 3 and the back of the chair comes up to just above my should blades. For me, it is more comfortable because I dont have to worry about my head not matching the forward tilt of the headboard as well as wearing buns in my hair.
It rolls easily on my carpet when I am not sitting in it, but is still slightly rollable even when I am fully seated. Swivel is superb. Not too much and not too little.
They do send these little screw caps for aesthetics. Only one of mine gave me any difficulty, and I am sure if I find someone with strength, they could push it all the way in.
So glad I got this great value.
