Basics chair is just what it is labeled as - basic. It was basic to put together and it provides you a basic comfort while youre sitting at your desk. Since Ive owned the chair, I havent had any issues with comfort while working at my desk or while playing games on my PC. It is still up in the air for how long the chair will last (some say the armrests dont last) but so far so good for me. The hairs padding isnt super plush - you get what you pay for - but it has been comfortable to say the least.
Only problem I had setting it up was trying to get one hole to line up from the armrest to the back. Once I won the fight to get it in during the original setup, everything has worked perfectly.
