The bed we ordered was for a size. The first thing I noticed when it was delivered was that the box was damaged in several spots. You could see the bed through the box. With that said, none of the exposed fabric was damaged. The only damaged parts were the wood pieces that were fixed to the frame itself. They werent damaged to the point where they cant be used but they did have superficial cracks in them. The slats are the worst part of the entire bed. When handling them I recommend using gloves because your hands will be covered in splinters.
All parts were there. Nothing was missing and there werent extra hardware pieces but enough to assemble the bed. I assembled the bed myself, with three kids under the age of four, in about 45 minutes. Thats with ta to quick breaks to help the three and four year old and to change a babies diaper. The instructions said 30 minutes for two people to assemble. The instructions were super easy to read and all pieces were labeled.
A lot of reviews say parts are missing but if you look behind the there is a zipper that has all the pieces for the bed. The packaging will have just the and the slats visible. The hardware is attached with tough string to the box in a durable bag.
Over all, I am pretty happy with the outcome and the price I paid is worth what I got in return. The deliver arrived a day early and I was able to track it on the map and how many stops were before mine arrived which was nice to plan ahead with the kids to be entertained.
