I loved this chair from day one, but I ran into a few problems when I tried yo put it together. Basically I messed the chair up. I messed up the lift the knob yo make the chair tilt back. For me the instructions were confusing. So, I contacted the Customer Service Team they emailed me right away. I explained the problems I had the mess I made they told me they would replace the chair for me. Weve been talking back forth for 2 or 3 days now I got the UPS tracking number this morning. I couldnt be happier. I cant say enough good things about the Customer Service Team at Global Office Furniture. They are amazing wonderful a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them HIGH;Y!
