To assemble the back to the bottom part of the chair it takes a lot of effort to align the holes to the screw. It took me about 15 minutes to get one in. Then after all that work, I noticed the chair arrived with a small gouge on the back part of the seat. Ill attach a picture. It is not worth dis-assembling the char, re-packing the chair, taking it to the UPS store, waiting to get another one, then assembling again. Having said this, once assembled the chair is very comfortable. I ordered a second one, it arrived in good shape.
