I love this ottoman / its the perfect size, great shade of tan, and really soft. The only problem is that it split, completely randomly, overnight! It looks like it was cut but it wasnt. I cant figure out what happened. I would love to exchange it or have it replaced. I cant give it high marks on durability because of that, but otherwise it feels sturdy. The only thing Id otherwise improve would be to add storage space.
