Love the chairs excellent size. But hard to install using the instructions
I love this chair I purchased two of them they were incredibly hard to put together. I followed the instructions to a T they did not work for me. So I took the entire chair apart and bought a metric device with a handle, the one that came with the chairs was way too little to do any good. Then I put the handles on the chair first. Then I put the rollers on the base then I set the chair with handles already installed on the base, that worked perfect. The first chair took me 4 hours to try to put together thats the one I had to finally take apart. Doing it my way the second chair only took me 20 minutes. I would recommend putting the arms on the chair first if youre doing it by yourself. If you have someone to help you it would probably be a different story. I might add I purchased a chair at office depot 6 months before and didnt have any trouble putting it together, but I love your chairs 100% better, even though my first try putting it together was difficult. They are extremely comfortable.
