I bought this chair I think about 4 years ago, and it has worked well. I have a carpeted floor where my computers are at so I had to get a plastic mat. Unfortunately the seat now lopsided because one of the pins (I think that is what they are) broke, and now the seat rocks from side to side. Since this chair is an Basic I am suggesting that stronger pins be used so they cant be sheared into two pieces. I am about to order another, but I will look at the other chairs first.
