As I mentioned in my previous review, I had contacted the seller because 1 of our stools arrived with a spot on the seat. The seller responded within 24 hours and apologized, asked for my address and promised to send a new stool. I waited to update the review until the promised stool arrived. The seller sent not just 1, but 2 replacement stools! This is a seller that stands firmly behind their product. I love when this happens. Very highly recommended product!!
Ive contacted the seller because one of our stools arrived with a random spot on the seat (see first 2 pics) and Ill update this review based on my customer service experience. So far, aside from the spot, we are pleasantly surprised by these stools. If youre searching for bar/counter stools, you know that they can be really expensive. At 2/$179.99 (at the time of this review), these stools are very reasonably priced. They were super easy to assemble and even came with gloves so you didnt end up with grease on your hands when handling/assembling the hydraulic base. We really like the neutral gray of the seats and the seemingly easy to care for fabric, but we will probably treat them with a stain protector before we put them to use. They are easy to adjust when youre sitting on them and feel pretty sturdy. The back doesnt provide support, per se, but it does add to the feeling of stability of the seat. All in all, were really impressed. Right now, 5 stars, but if wed paid for these stools, theyd be going back because of the spot. Ill update when/if I hear from the seller.
