I've only had the couch for a day. Came in a large box and was packaged smartly. One critical bolt wouldn't fully tighten, but it pieced together fairly easily. It required a little muscle.
It looks great. I could see the average person not liking the stiffness, but it's still pretty comfortable. I told my wife it'd be perfect in an office or waiting room.
I'd rate it higher if I wasn't concerned about the loose bolt.
