This was not a normal purchase ... I ordered a brown chair and paid extra for that but got a black chair instead ... put it together anyway and was very satisfied ... great computer desk chair ... told my wife about the black chair and she loved it so notified about the chair ... told them I liked the chair and would keep it and to just give me a credit for the difference ... after a few minutes they got back to me and said they would refund the total amount for the chair and I could keep the chair for my troubles ... I reiterated that I was totally satisfied with the chair and I only wanted the difference I paid but they insisted ... how about that?
Note: this was probably not s fault ... it appears the box came directly from China and the label on the box said brown ...
