My mirror was scratched on arrival. Returning an item this big and fragile is a pain in the ass, so thankfully the good old toothpaste trick polished up the scratches to good-as-new condition and a return wasnt necessary. The quality of the build is a little less than what I expected for the price, but its beautiful in my office. Had the toothpaste trick not worked to fix the scratches, I would have been one angry customer. The shipping packaging was top-notch, so clearly this was a quality control issue.
