Got my bed super early. Very friendly delivery personnel. Their customer service was very good and extremely pleasant. Assembly took one hour. Instructions are not very good but, good common sense got us through. The light strip on one side was off and drooping. This morning, the lights on other side dropped to floor. Easy fix, since I work with those lights all the time. As far as mattress, 12 inches is pushing it. Getting a 10 inch on Tuesday. As to the functions on remote, 2 of them seem to work with only one color(white) which is strobe setting. Other function only displays red, green, blue and white. Red is the most amazing color of them all.
Still, it is AMAZING the class and pizazz it adds. And finally, as to the headboard, WOW! Just wow, how comfortable it is to watch tv in bed sitting or semi- supine position!
My wife found bed by accident, looking for dresser. We are glad for the happy accident since it's gone up in price one week after we ordered. Even so, it is very much worth the money, at any price.
