I had to have help to get into my home due to weight. This was fully assembled and easy to open fully into bed (twin size ) and back into ottoman. I have so much company and not enough sleeping arrangements. This is PERFECT for me and my home! Use in spare room with bunk beds. I like the easy to clean , also.
