I returned the first one because it had been dropped sometime in the shipping process and quickly had it picked up for return. Great for them and their no hassle return policy. Second one came in with gouges in visible exterior panels. I kept it and with the touch up pen it doesnt look tooo bad. It is a bit big and bulky for shipping, but then the shipping price isnt that bad.
The item itself works well for storage and its not put in an area where I have company.
