Second pair of frog Ive owned. Both failed in the same place. This one failed the first time I was wearing them. Emailed frog 4 days and still no response. Im extremely unhappy since I bought these to take on a trip to stay warm but ended up freezing my balls off the entire trip. Ruined what was my only vacation for the year.
