I really want to love this sofa/futon, and its just what I wanted in almost every respect, but I cant get the left/hand back to lay down. I had trouble with this when I first assembled it but tried a bit and it worked, but not it just wont go back beyond the full upright position. The other side works fine. Because it was quite heavy and diffiult to get up into my apartment (Im only 410 and 100 lbs and had to get it up a flight of stairs because the deliver person left it on the ground floor) theres no way Im going to disassemble it and try to return it / too much work. It functions great as a sofa but is useless to me as a futon.
