I love look of this chair, it is comfortable too. I will say this, your hinney will sweat though and it is made for carpet with the casters that come with it. That being said the rolling part is not nice. I moved it to a room with carpet and will get something else. That is why I give only 4 stars. The item description should say that so I know that it wont work on hard floors
