Our Ca king is really 2 beds. One was missing parts, the wires were unorganized and it had a remote from a different size of bed. The remotes and beds have serial number on them. it looked like someone had tried it and sent it back, so the wires instead of being neatly arranged like the other were all together and held with a twist tie.
It looked clean and unused so I kept it, but felt like I got a recycled one. If it were easier to do, I would have sent it back.
Functionally, they are great and work well. My wife loves it.
