I was worried with some of the bad reviews so I got the extended warranty offered at checkout. On retrospect, dont think I needed it. Silkworms great and super happy. Unpacking is tough because its really heavy but I see that as a feature rather than a problem. I saw complaints about the noise but the motor sound is exactly what you would expect from a motor and nothing else. Overall, great value and would recommend.
