We received an opened box they didnt bother to check before they sent it back out. As a result we had to stop mid/way and wait for the missing parts, which were sent from China or some such region far away, only to say it took forever. However they were nice and sent the parts out right away.
If you are strong, or better yet, have a strong friend to assist you, the finished product is a sight to behold.
Nice and sturdy enough to entertain a heavy mattress. I am positive for the price it is the best bed anywhere.
